SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Format: submit raster images as JPEG or TIFF files. For vector images, PDF and AI files are also accepted with support material embedded. Consider scaling drawing dimensions, including line weights, to more closely align to Instagram preview.
   
   
2. Size: final art should be sent in the largest digital size available, but preferably not less than 8 inches (20cm) wide at 300 dpi. For original sketches and drawing please provide a scan (JPEG, TIFF or PDF) preferably at 600dpi but not less than 300 dpi. For models, physical objects, paintings, or any kind of artwork that have been already framed, please submit an image not smaller than 3000px (short edge) at 72dpi. It is important that the images are straight and well lit (preferably not a snapshot with a smartphone).
   
   
3. Description: please also provide a short text to accompany your drawing(s). It should include a description of the work, including medium type; how, why, and when you created it; its physical size (horizontal and vertical dimension in inches); the type of paper it is printed on or material of the piece (if your piece isn’t printed already we recommend an Inkjet print on acid-free paper) the number of editions and the number of this version a credit line to accompany the image(s) as necessary, including Instagram handle; and if the piece is or can be autographed for auction.

 

 

MAILING GUIDELINES

 

You will be responsible for shipping the works to the winning bidder (please bear this in mind when choosing your drawing). The work will be shipped within the month of closing auction date. ARCH will take care of all the correspondence and provide you with the winning bidder’s shipping details, along with a starter pack to help with this process (more details on this to come).
