Architecture For Change is an auction of architectural works with net proceeds funding the Desiree V. Cooper Memorial Fund, which financially supports Black women in architecture school. Donated items, such as drawings, photos or models, will continue to form part of a digital archive bringing light to the architectural work.
To tackle systemic racism in the field of architecture and design, we need to make studying these subjects more accessible to aspiring BIPOC architects, who have historically been underrepresented and under-supported. Works will be sold in a one-week long auction raising funds to improve diversity in architecture and design education.
ARCH is on the hunt for works of architectural representation, ranging from photographs and technical drawings to sketches, or models, for the auction. We need your submission to raise as much as we can to fund this important cause. We are now accepting submissions to sell in the auction and feature in our archive.
